Finance is supplied by Chrysalis Finance.Results may vary. Treatment is subject to suitability which will be confirmed by theDentist. No items from the package can be removed, changed or transferred toanother patient. Treatment must start within 6 weeks of the open evening due to thespecial price being offered. Whitening is only available for those 18 years and olderwho are deemed clinically suitable. If we can’t see every patient that turns up on thenight we will re-book you for another time honouring our open evening prices. Foodand drink will be offered on the night, but we cannot take any responsibility for anyindividual dietary needs, please check that the food and drink is suitable for yourneeds.
